We stayed at the hotel 9 nights, in a room with terrace. Everything was perfect. The design of the hotel is beautiful and calm, inside and outside the room. The clean service is excellent, they came twice a day. The shower is very spacious and comfort. The bed is large and comfort, also the pillows. Perfect location, close to bus & tube stations, coffee, food and grocery store. Central location but still quiet enough, safe to walk at night. All the staff members were extremely nice and helpful. Special thanks for Ivan, that gave us a lot of good recommendations and helped us with tips for the trip. This hotel is a luxury hotel, we enjoyed it very much and wait for the next time! Thank you very much

Cozy hotel with perfect location and friendly staff , made my experience in London beautiful . concierge staff very helpful and friendly , service is excellent . I liked having a yoga mat in the room which was much needed after long walks in streets of London. We were given a bigger room than the one we booked upon arrival .

The hotel is super stylish and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was amazing as were the views from the rooftop lounge
